Special People

I've been filling in "A Wee Book About Me" this week, part of the Scottish Children's Commissioner's Right Wee Blether. It had five questions, one of which was, Who is special to you? The people who made it onto the page were mummy, daddy and Auntie Katie. There's lots of other special people, obviously, but there wasn't enough room on the page! Other questions were:

How are you feeling today? I said I feel happy because I feel better, but that medicine makes me feel sad.

What makes you smile? Blackcurrant lollipops, blue sky and fluffy white clouds, the colour red, huggles, my teddy and playing on the grass.

You are given a special star, where would you put it? I said I would go into space in my rocket and put the star in the dark, dark sky. And then the star would twinkle and the sky would be bright.

What would you like to change? I didn't really want to answer this question, until Mum said it was okay to say nothing. But then I said "the bear (there's a cartoon bear on every page) wants to play Wheels on the Bus on the blue piano. But he's grumpy because he makes mistakes." So I'd like the bear to be able to play Wheels on the Bus on the piano with no mistakes. And then he'll be happy.
