Canadian Geese

finally got a shot of our resident geese with babies. they always have a "sentry" or watch bird that is on the look out for danger. when he/she started hissing at me, i knew i had gotten too close and backed away.

we have an many, many canadian geese in our golf courses, parking lots and urban parks due to an abundance of man made drainage ponds. They love the tender new growth on well manicured grass and can be found grazing there.
