Easterbrook Hall, Crichton, Dumfries

About 80 or so years ago you had to be mad to get in here. Now you'd be mad not to go. It's a fabulous art deco building hosting balls, weddings, and all sorts of social events.
It's part of the Crichton Campus, originally Crichton Royal Hospital dating from 1834. A break from traditional lunatic asylums of the time, it housed patients in small pavilion buildings set in beautiful parkland.
Go see, it's beautiful.
