Waitangi Treaty Grounds

Today was the first day of the Workshops that I'm attending for the next few days. It is being held in this very historic part of New Zealand where the Treaty of Waitangi was signed.

We had a tour of the grounds after we went to a Powhiri (welcoming ceremony) at the marae here. Our hotel grounds border the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, so we'll get to explore here as much as we like.
