New Camera

First shots (#4) on the new D700 that the girls convinced me to buy last week. Why can't it ever be that you just pick up a new camera and it just &*$%ing works?! Sigh. I hate learning curves. It probably doesn't help that with my 50mm broken I am down several lenses and had to put a shitty backupu zoom lens on that I am not sure is entirely sharp either. I've been having sharpness/focus issues and I can't figure out if it's me, my lenses, or my cameras. I was hoping the new camera would clear up the issue instantaneously but I am left to further investigate me and my lenses as the culprits.
