More Camera Woes

To be fair, I am making zero actual effort to put the new camera to a good test. But still, one of the main things I want a camera for is to have it sit around in the living room all day and then just be there to take a lazy picture of Mr. Apple cooking pizza for dinner when I want a blip. I was promised that the D700 would make all my noise woes go away. And this still has craptons of noise at ISO 1600 so I am not seeing the real miracle yet.

A fun day though, one of our friends back in New York live streamed her birthday Top Chef themed birthday party so we got to watch with all our friends as if we were there. It was nice to see everyone again as it's been a whole year since I've seen them.
