Up On The Roof

Out for an explore at lunchtime - the area around my current office is weird. I found what looks like an Autobahn to nowhere but I need to look at that from a different angle to make sense of it. I also found an old water tower but couldn't take a good picture of it - a combination of railway wires, iffy light and me as the photographer made sure of that.

I quite like the curves on the roof of this building (one of the many festival halls around where I work). It's a huge thing I see in the morning as we pass through Galluswarte (a name that should raise a smile in Schottland). I'm sure there is a better way to photograph this sort of thing and one of these days I will learn it.

In unrelated news, the coffee machine in the office makes a sound like the Tardis from Dr Who. So about 200 times a day I think of Daleks. Odd, the things that one thinks sometimes.
