Vibrant, Vivacious blip challenge continues

Thanks to Goatee Booknerd for giving me an idea on how to continue my gratitude blip challenge. Instead of spelling "thank you", I will spell "thank you very much" ;-)

V is for Vibrant and Vivacious. I have never met a bright color I didn't like. They make me smile, give me energy, and make me feel alive. My design sense (and common sense) stops me from paining my entire surroundings in fushia, purple and lime green. I do however enjoy them as accents. The skeletal trio was given to us my a Mexican friend to celebrate the birth of Little Man, and the toothy creature, also a gift from her and her husband, is Little Man's friend and protector. The piece in the back is my rendition of EGO (prismacolor pencils on museum board). Ego can drive us to do exceptional things, but it can also destroy us from within. And the postcard is self-explanatory. It spoke to me loud and clear, though I don't consider myself an artist in the strict sense.

V is for Victory. Overcoming obstacles and reaching the goal. I don't mind that victorious feeling at all.

V is for Cafe Verde, a little food joint adjacent to the People's Food Coop in Ann Arbor, MI. Oh, how I loved that place! I could eat their fresh salads , soups and cooked entrees (both vegetarian/vegan and not) for lunch every day and would never get tired of it.

V is for very, very busy today. Grading student projects.
