Eeyore

A bit of a 'I haven't taken a photo' photo for today. So I got a quic shot of Eeyore, a combination cuddly toy and night light that Alex has on his bed. Squeeze his tummy and the lamp in his mouth lights up for a short while!

We spent a lot of the morning at the hospital after Alex was unable to put any weight on his right leg. He kept collapsing in pain when he tried, but was fine crawling. So we had a trip to the Stamford Minor Injuries Unit, who I can only describe as superb! Keep up with pain killers and go back if it isn't improving by tomorrow, or if it gets worse!

Then this evening we have gone to the open evening at Ketton school, which was very good. The facilities etc look great! I carried him in the Rose & Rebellion SSC for most of the visit, and he slept for a fair bit of that! He was fascinated by the foundation class activities which were on show!

As of this evening he is putting a little weight on it, but not much. Got to hope that a good night's sleep helps to improve it further.
