Ecole, rue Rouelle

The design of schools here is very different for me. I was struck by this one, on rue Rouelle in the 15th arrondissement, spotted on the walk to my book club meeting this morning. You can see the words garçons and filles in the black metal gates and the mosaic tile work is very impressive.

Book club was fun and seeing my oldest friend from Paris this afternoon was wonderful. Her two kids are adorable.
