How I felt today

Still trying to dry out kitchen after weekend water leak. I lifted half of the laminate flooring and underlay. Read online insurance policy, which states that the type of leak we have is covered by buildings insurance, not the contents insurance which we have with that company. I am trying to contact our buildings insurer, but I dont hold out much hope. I always felt that buildings insurance was incase of major work requiring rebuilding. I am no longer angry, but am resigned to having to pay for work and materials myself. I got new underlay to put down when the flooring is completely dried out, and will just put old laminate flooring back down until I can decide what style of flooring to get. lift the remaining flooring.
