Beef Wellington
We got visitor yesterday and they brough moose beef with them. We decided to make beef Wellington out of it. It came splendid! Filled with funnel chanterelle and prosciutto. Recommended!
P.S here is the x-mas version from last christmas. Does not look so good but taste was excellent!
