Shanks!

I'm not sure what happened. I posted this yesterday and it disappeared (thanks El Pedro for letting me know).

Well, yesterday, I made creamy satay lamb shanks coupled with some traditional Afghani rice made by the lovely couple next door (I really need to Blip their adorable 3 yo daughter Rosa).
