What seems like months ago, Clare & I bought a Groupon for a cupcake decorating class. We've been this afternoon & both of us came away with half a dozen cupcakes that were decorated far better than we thought we would have. When the tutor showed us how to make these roses, we rolled our eyes & said, "Ours won't look like that!", but they did!
