Bonfire Night

A big 'thank you' to everyone local who went out & bought fireworks, we really enjoyed watching them!

Instead of being robbed at an event were we'd have to spend all our savings going to an put on event, we made a mini-bonfire in the fire pit, got some hot dogs, jacket potatoes on the fire & made toffee apples!! & sat back and enjoyed the fireworks! We had a lovely time & the kids had sparklers! I say kids, but this picture is off my Mother-In-Law & my 2 boys writing their names!

I've really enjoyed my weekends with my family, wish it could happen more often!
Can't beat waking up with a tickle fight & cheesecake for breakfast (just me, not the boys!!)

I did however burn my finger on the toffee!! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
