Simple pleasures

Today was fantastic.

Life's been so hectic lately that a day on my own just cleaning, tidying, sorting things out felt so good.

When it feels like you're running just to keep up with everything going on, a day off the treadmill at your own pace is like 'wow I can just please myself - amazing!'
