Hola!

We're back in wonderful Spain - this time for a long weekend in Barcelona.

As this is the second time we've been here, we thought we'd do something different, rather than revisit Gaudi's architectural gems.

But they are difficult to avoid! Within an hour or so we had encountered La Pedrera and Casa Batilo - such amazing buildings.

Sadly the weather turned extremely un-Spanish, and it was remarkable how the locals were able to conjure up brollies out of thin air!

The photo shows an outdoor art exhibition in the Placa de Sant Joseph Oriol, just off the Ramblas, before the watercolours were washed away.
