The Haka
We've had a brilliant day out at the rugby today. 2 games of rugby league at Wembley Stadium. First New Zealand v Wales where poor Wales got beat 36:0 then England v Australia which finished 36:20 to the Kangaroos.
There seems to be a lot of people complaining about the ref in the England game but I think they are just bitter English people!
I took loads of photos and was quite impressed with the 30x zoom on the camera (we were sat at the front of a section so I had a barrier to put the camera on to minimise the shake you get from that much zoom).
I had to go with this one in the end as Cameron and Andrew (A even more than C) were very excited at getting to see the Haka in real life! They've been obsessed with it for a while and spend a lot of time doing it. See one example here and another here.
Last night they made me show them lots and lots of hakas on you tube including ones with lego men, gingerbread men and rabbits.
I've put the other 3 photos on the shortlist here, and yes the sky really was that purple in the 2nd one.
PS. It's a bit hazy because of the fireworks that had just gone off.
