Rain Swept

Snow forecast for today...it is cold enough but raining so unlikely. Walked the canine through the rain which was invigorating but not good for taking photos so had a play with what I was seeing from inside the car. Quite challenging as light not good and my wee point and shoot does not allow for curved surfaces thus only a small proportion of image in focus when trying to get a close-up of raindrops...frustrating.

Quite like this effort though. Taken without close-up facility being used. The black streaks are the wet branches of the plane trees ringing the playing field around which I usually walk the canine.
