Mary in the Kitchen

A worker of mine, a plasterer, used to say: If you do good work. you'll always have work.
I think it also applies to Mary. She has no bother getting the gig in the kitchen.
This is Br Aiden's kitchen, in the St John of God residence at Katoto, Mzuzu, where we are guests, whenever we are in Malawi. which is now about half our lives!!
He is an amazing man not only to to put up with us and look after us so well, but for the way he runs this first world mental health facility and university in a region where mental health has a very low priority.
He is truly a one off, genius
