Reaching out

It's November.
Its about 5 degrees outside and quite windy.
And then you take a walk along the river and see someone swimming.
An elderly lady with a fancy black swimming costume and bright blue crocs.
The nearby fishermen didn't look too happy.
And the lady didn't look like she'd appreciate starring in my today's blip together with the said fishermen, so this is what I got instead.
