Let the Fireworks begin!

"ooooooooo, ahhhhhhh, ahhhhh, oooooooo, ooooooooooo, ahhhhhh......" was the running commentary B gave to our fireworks evening at the local health club. It amused us all. The mulled wine however did not amuse at £2.50 per glass (polystyrene cup actually!). Was like drinking hot vinegar.

Still, made our way home for burgers and sausages cooked to perfection by moi!...plus some proper mulled wine with the sugar and orange juice caramelised properly first before the wine and brandy was heated through retaining the alcohol, avoiding the acidity! Look and learn Health Centre professionals!

Still, fireworks were fun!
