The way I see it.

Doing crafty things!

Saturday morning was very relaxing to begin with and then we all went up to the Hayloft and did a clapping symphony in rhythm with our thoughts about autumn. Then we made some little candle holders out of tissue paper - it's ok - you can get little battery operated flickering lights to put in them so that they don't burn the place down! This blip shows us crawling about the floor making them.

That was followed by a beautiful autumnal walk up the hill to a wooded area where we all got time to sit or lean on a tree and let our minds just be in the present while we wrote our thoughts and sketched and collected little natural reminders of our time. The afternoon was spent making butterflies, or fish or lanterns out of willow and covering them in PVA glue and tissue paper. In the evening there was a huge communal dinner and good company.

A very relaxing and refreshing way to spend Saturday!
