Bonfire night

Fabulous bonfire night - up to Cartmel Fell for local shenanigans - hotpot by the gallon, mulled wine, Grand Draw, storytelling, singing...brilliant. Summer and Milo loved it. Living out in the sticks is the best thing ever.

Wasn't sure which photo to post..I liked the eerie one of the Guy on the fire (Milo has been fascinated by the whole Guy Fawkes story), but in the light of the M5 tragedy this week it seemed a bit too unsettling and insensitive. Fire is a funny thing isn't it?
