No idea what kind of flower this is. Or what kind of wasp it is. If it is a wasp...

I pulled a muscle in my neck a couple of days ago so I've been avoiding doing any exercise. Was stuck inside for most of the day today but did have a look round the garden for some inspiration. I don't usually take photos of flowers. Can't really see the appeal...
