Frost

My it was cold taking dug gently round the park this morning.

Saw GP, back later in week for blood, but now in NHS. Few chores (including number 2 at the back 'n' sides, so at least even) and late lunch.

Odd having to come out about what I've been through, but there is no nice way to break it to folk. Evening of phone calls to friends beckons.
