moon ring

there's a huge ring around the moon tonight...and I think the Aurora may show but my camera just doesnt seem to want to play ball when taking pics of night-time stuff. I probably need a tripod, patience and a "proper" camera.

So, here is my photo of the moon ring. Its in black and white to show up the ring, with a teensy bit of colour on the moon.
