Ever bright and fair

Leaf Runner

Sunday afternoon was beautiful. Half the sky was dark with incoming rain clouds, the other half of the sky was a beautiful blue. There was a nice breeze and the temperature was on the warm side. The few leaves that were still clinging to branches, sparkled in the sun and shimmered in the wind. Sitting on the hillside in Bryan Park, while Poppy watched squirrels, I noticed this little girl running through the leaves under a big maple tree. Her little white dog was watching her from a distance.

I took several photos, her pose in this one was the best, as it made a nice silhouette of a running figure.

I played around with this photo in Photoshop, adding a slight motion blur to her figure, playing with the saturation and color levels, plus adding a bit of grainy noise.
