Whaler Bay

Turned rainy and breezy today but we're headed back to Seattle. Just stopped a moment on the way to the ferry to snatch a iphone photo of Whaler Bay on the SE edge of Galiano island in this nice late afternoon light. - There is usually at least one nice wooden rowboat to see, built right here. The dock is a mix of commercial and private fish boats. And yes, they used to process whales here. The bay dries almost completely with a very low tide.
We've had a fast but lovely 6 days here....
