Purple Sand Dollars

These looked like purple sand dollars to me. We're cutting them up to be cooked and sent to people who are stranded in the upper levels of their home because of the flood.

While passing out food last week, one of my friends came upon a crocodile. If nasty water up to your neck isn't enough, throw in a couple of crocodiles to keep it interesting!

(The "sand dollars" are actually a type of sweet potato.)
