Law of opposites

What goes up must come down.
Its funny,when you see cranes on a cityscape,you normally associate them with building.Something going up.Here in christchurch,we don't normally have many cranes on the landscape.
Now we have heaps,and not one of them is actually building anything.They are taking everything down.Very strange indeed.
