Crossed Bird Legs

Went to the "blipper's dock" to try to catch a shot tonight. I waded through all the mucky mud and took shots of lots of birds. The seagulls were everywhere tonight.

I was trying to get a nice reflection of this channel blocker, but every time I would try to get close, my boots sunk into the mucky mess more. I was afraid I might sink clear down and not be able to get out, so I didn't get in the right spot to catch the entire reflection.

This seagull appears to have his legs crossed. Maybe the same thing happens to him that happens to me when I get close to the water....
