Geography Lesson

Penrith? Aren't we in Australia?!

The using of British place names is so very confusing, especially as they mix up what is placed in my head as north, south, east and west! Along the Great Ocean Road we went through Torquay and then very quickly Anglesea. But the best sign I've seen, and my sister would really like this one, was in Melbourne near the airport and had Heidelberg, Preston and Doncaster on it. Wish I had got a photo of that one.

We had quite an intense day today, waking up at 4:30am for a plane which was stuck on the runway due to lightening strikes. Once we got airborne the turbulence was so bad the cabin crew didn't leave their seats. We were very glad to arrive in Sydney and make our way to the Blue Mountains. Hopefully get some scenic shots tomorrow when we've woken up a bit!
