Letting go

1. Even when you know something's the right thing to do and you've been expecting it, it can still be sad when it happens. It's fine to realise that. It's fine.

2. Yoga tonight is about relaxation. Concentrating on releasing tension wherever it's held and asking my mind to let go.

3. It's a cold class, it's a cold night. But it's good to be inside my head a little bit and pushing my body a big bit.

4. I sign up to the Winter solstice thing and feel better for it.

5. When you look at this escalator it's hard to know if it's going up or down or not moving at all. I know the feeling.
