A splash of colour

Helped out at school this morning. Charlotte's class went on a short walk to the play park. One of their topics at the moment is push and pull so they were aloowed a little while to play on the slide, swings, roundabout etc while they thought about pushing and pulling. They all had lots of fun. Then I spent the rest of the morning listening to some of them reading.

Back home and after lunch, I spent some time editing photos from yesterday's shoot as well as the more mundane jobs like washing and cleaning.

Our garden is looking extremely bare of flowers now but I found this one in the patch where we'd sown some wild flowers earlier in the year. It was lovely to see this small splash of colour so I decided to blip it.
