Lunch - dry fried French beans. Yum!

One of my favourite Chinese dishes. In fact, many foreigners when they first arrive in the south of China and try dry fried French beans absolutely love it. I certainly did.

If you want to try it for yourself. When you order it from your local Chinese restaurant ask for 'gan bian si ji dou / ?????' let them know if you don't want it spicy.

I also had stir fried aubergine aka eggplant, rice and of course tea.
