'Bed Ridden'

And hidden under the weight of a camera shy enthusiastic three year olds smile!

Major attack of BPPV (non height related vertigo to you and me). The bed started spinning at super fast speed at approximately 4.30am. By 5.30am I managed to spin downstairs and take two motion sickness tablets.

The GP did the Epley maneuver which was horribly nausea inducing and then failed to tell me that for the next 48hrs I have to sleep in an upright position, not bend over or look down. All of which I have done today.

Opendoor will administer the Epley maneuver again later and I dare not think about what that might induce!!... .... nuff said
