Tonight's Dinner

I had an job interview this afternoon that lasted over 3 hours so by the time I got out it was too dark to get a decent photo and too late to cook dinner. So, thoughtful friend provided Indonesian Corn Fritters with Basil Garlic Sauce as the first course. Grateful!!
