And laugh

To be honest, I was fully loathing this day. Due to the fact that it would have been my 4 year anniversary with Dylan...but it turned out quite unexpected and good?

I had to stay in the Springs a bit longer to make my doctors appointment. I received a flu shot, birth control shot, and had blood drawn for some testing... I pray to God my boobs don't get any bigger because of the birth control.

I made an unplanned detour to my alma mater to visit one of my favourite human beings in the world who happens to be my old history teacher- Jim Anderson. I just have to include the message he sent to me post our get together...
"i was so delighted to converse with you this afternoon....you reaffirm so much the "better angels of our nature." you did an old man's heart good by your kindness of dropping by. you have become pretty much exactly what i wish all my students might become....thoughtful, reflective, open, funloving, compassionate, and full of humor. as stephen stills and neil young once sang: "long may you run""

I made it back up to FoCo with not a minute to spare, as I had to be at work by 6. Of course, work turned into an adventure when two of my coworkers shared mary with me. I ended up sitting in on my coworkers delivery runs, and we actually shared a meaningful and encouraging discussion regarding relationships. I needed that..

I was able to sucessfully go the whole day without crying or being depressed. Hooray! Fuck you, Dylan!
