If you are a Vegetarian, Vegan, Vulcan or just cannot stand the thought of munching through meat, look away now.


We really are fortunate, just a short distance from us is a proper farm butcher. They have their own beef raised on the farm, slaughtered and returned for the shop. Pigs are local, chickens and turkeys come from Chicken George's, just down the road and you haven't tasted real chickens like these. We cannot praise the guys enough, BUT, their customer service staff are rubbish. Look at this fat barsteward, you can't get a civil word out of him, and when he swings that big thing in his hand ladies have been known to go all unnecessary.

So, if you travel down to Cornwall for your jolly holiday make the effort to locate North Country Butchers, it's worth it.
