An ever such a nice Autoglass man!

Here's Autoglass coming to replace the smashed window in my car following a break in.

Not impressed, since it happened in my flat's car park (usually very safe) and also I needed to pay an excess, despite having fully protected comprehensive insurance with additional glass protection!

On the plus side, the man was lovely and even hoovered the glass up in the car park (the inside of the car has never looked so clean either!).
