Candle

Spent over 4 hours at Trowbridge Town Hall with the Wiltshire Mind stand as they had a Health MOT there. It was specifically aimed at blood pressure, height, weight etc and there weren't too many people who wanted to talk with us. Having said that there were a handful of people who showed an interest in who we are and what we do and that makes the day worthwhile.

After that I then met with 2 friends for a drink and a catch up in Wetherspoons, Chippenham which was really nice. While out I realised that my poppy had died completely, the only thing left on my handbag was the stalk and when I showed this to Samantha she said it needed a drink so I put it into my diet coke. I then let the stalk get taken away and once I arrived home I found my poppy bits lying on the floor, OH well

A bit of a panic blip today as I didn't blip yesterday
