Local Post Office

Unbelievable. This time a week or so ago we had about 15 inches of snow and a week later some areas were still without power.
Now here we are upstate New York 72 degrees and sunny. Clear skies unlike yesterday's haze, and a successful day with the cameras.
Got some very acceptable color shots but as my main objective this week is black and white, apart from tasting the amazing Finger Lakes wines and beers, I've chosen the Post office in Rock Stream - population, not very many.
Margaret went in to buy some stamps and I snapped away . Standing in the middle of the single track road, but no possibility of being run down. Well maybe by a passing cow.
All the people we've met are so incredibly friendly it's impossible not to walk around with a smile all day.
