Wooden bridge . . .

. . . over the Little Colorado River. To take a rest from the moderate to strenuous trails of the Apache Forest it's pleasant to take an easy walk  along the river.  That's what I did as the sun set and the moon rose.

Besides a gang of elk and a couple of other photographers I watched a beaver swimming in lazy circles in a pool.
