Oven Ready

Scottish Shortbread - tried something new and made it with oat flour, as it was originally. Unfortunately, the flour may have made it unsuitable for moulding as it all melted down in the oven and the shapes disappeared, filling the baking tray flat - never mind, it tastes delicious.
