Butternut squash & sweetcorn soup

Tonight's dinner; still simmering away on top of the oven. If anyone knows where I can find more hours in my day, please let me know. I'm really struggling to find the time to fit everything in, and I don't want to give up blipping as it's the one thing I do every day that is a little tiny bit of 'me time'.

So I'm off to dunk some crusty rolls in my soup and ponder tomorrow's 'to do' list. At least we're on a roll (pardon the pun), to the weekend... :-)
