Shichi Go San

In Japan, when girls turn three and seven years of age and boys five,
the children dress up in kimono to celebrate their healthy growth and a long and healthy life . The ceremony includes wearing kimono and paying a visit
to a nearby shrine with family members. It is usually held on the first and second sunday in November.
