Not as Sweet

Contrary to what most of us believe, fresh sugarcane juice tastes different from the table sugar that we know. It has just the right sweetness and can be quite refreshing on a hot day. Hand cranked rollers are used to extract the juice and is best served in a tumbler with lots of ice.
