All aboard the roo-express

A bring-your-own water (and firewood) campsite just next to the ocean. Only cold showers but obviously a bbq was provided on-site.

And while the koala is a mythical creature that doesn't really exist, these bouncy animals (kangaroos, walibis) are real and also everywhere. This mother-and-child take advantage of the shade of our rental (about a meter from our tent, just next to where we were having "brekky" (breaky? brekkie?)...

The mob of kangaroos on this campsite next to the ocean weren't shy, but didn't beg or steal either. Perfect :)
