St Pancras
I don't find the British Library an attractive building, but nor is it spectacularly hideous. Which makes it photographically challenging. If in doubt, snap Gilbert Scott's spires peeping over the roof of the conference centre.
Inside, though, apart from the harsh glare of the luggage locker room on the lower ground floor, it is gorgeous, and I'm sure knowledge has begun to seep into you even before you enter one of the reading rooms.
